AGM/DGM- PURCHASE
Location -Indore (MP) -Sector - 3, Pithampur, Company - (Shakti Pumps India Limited -Indore MP) Department-Purchase Preference -Experience 18-20 years (Purchase/Procurement only) Job Description: Candidate should have experience of 18-20 years in a manufacturing company with a turnover of up to 2000 crores. ( Automotive/Mechanical Industry ) Should handle a team of 50 people approx. Leading purchasing/ vendor development/operations/supply chain functions for a variety of products. Driving active end-to-end procurement cycle up to material delivery. Coordination with vendors, inspection agencies, and plants for the clearance of inspection of components. Internal coordination with the Planning and Production team. Delivery of savings like time, cost, quality, etc. towards overall business. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Should know SAP/S4 HANA Skills: Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Education Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. in Industrial/ Mechanical /Electrical (MBA in Material Management preferred) Compensation: CTC Minimum 22-25 Lakh per annum (No limitation for exceptional candidates)Job tags
