Overview One of the flagship AI products of Eagle Eye Networks is its License Plate Recognition. This runs on edge devices and provides valuable analytics through License Plate Reads. As an embedded Software Engineer, you would be working on all aspects of the software, that include:
- Algorithmic changes and new feature additions.
- Code maintenance and stability on multiple platforms (CPU and GPU based)
- Orchestration of ML models on OpenVINO and TensorRT.
- Release, deployment management using Docker, OTA and Concourse pipelines.
- Ownership of Device monitoring services and improvement of monitoring metrics
Experience: 3-6 Years
Desired Skills - Bachelors or masters in Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Familiarity with C/C++ is a must, Python is good to have.
- Sharp problem solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements
- Familiarity with multi-threaded programming and system design on embedded platforms
- Knowledge of Linux OS and related concepts, IPC, Messaging (e.g. ZMQ)
- Familiarity of microservices delivery paradigm and containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with S/W Engineering processes, CI/CD, Agile methodology, Version Control
- Working Knowledge of network protocols e.g. TCP, UDP is a plus.
- Knowledge of runtime AI frameworks like TensorRT, OpenVino and Computer Vision libraries like OpenCV is a plus.
