Job description

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Operational Units Automation Leads to identify and prioritize areas, workflows and processes suitable for automation

Leading assessment of business processes through process demos , mapping, analysis, validating and signing off business benefits from leadership

Supporting process discovery workshops involving Technology and Operations teams to carry out deep dives of the process flows

Supporting PACE leaders to develop a strategic roadmap for process automation

Managing the delivery of key automation projects pipeline throughout its lifecycle: solution design, development, testing and deployment

Ensuring automation program benefits are accurately captured and reported through the lifecycle of automation projects

Tracking progress of annual priorities and goals against automation program KPIs. Set up and report the utilisation of bots

Requirements

Be certified in Lean Six Sigma, Green Or and Project Management -PMP, PRINCE2 etc

Experience in process re-engineering, Operational/Process Excellence using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques

Be a great communicator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams

Be a graduate with technical skills

Be comfortable working in Agile and fast faced environments
