Front Desk Executive:-
* Answering, screening and routing incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
* Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
* Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
* Sending birthday wishes mails to MOPL staff & field staff.
* Organize conference, auditorium and meeting room bookings for HO & Field Staff.
* Organize catering needs for field staff meetings.
