Welspun Group is Looking for: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and
results-oriented Delivery Manager to lead our delivery management team within the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement within the delivery function.
Key Requirements: The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for creating project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and deliverables of the project. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and define project goals.
They lead a team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, designers, and testers. The Technical Delivery Manager provides guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
They allocate resources effectively to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget. This involves coordinating with team members, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them is a crucial aspect of the role. Technical Delivery Managers anticipate challenges that may arise during the project and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
Maintaining clear and open communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties is essential. Technical Delivery Managers provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the delivery management team.
Project Planning and Resource Allocation: - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure effective resource management and allocation to meet project demands.
Quality Assurance: - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to verify compliance with organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement: - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery management function.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Reporting and Metrics: - Establish and maintain project metrics and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings and reviews with project teams and stakeholders.

Uplers serves as the Employer of Record while Welspun managers all work-related decisions, performance measures and operations.

This Role Requires: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
