Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Application Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the application process for students seeking admissions to our partnered universities.

Responsibilities:

Process application for students applying to partnered universities. Conduct compliance calls and document Verification for each application. Evaluating applications and making admissions decisions. Communicate effectively with the internal team and students to gather necessary documentation and information for applications. Liaise with admission managers to ensure timely processing of applications and resolve any issues that may arise. Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of application status. Provide support to applicants throughout the application process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university requirements and application procedures. Utilise email and Microsoft Teams for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive student information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required or master's degree. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
