Job Brief:
Nuance Consultancy is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage the online assets of our clients. We would require you to strategise, plan, execute and analyse communications for clients across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & YouTube. You will also need to work with various Analytics tools to extrapolate sharp insights, and collaborate with brands & influencers. In this role, you will need to be highly creative, have an aptitude for writing, and have a sharp eye for design. Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a range of social media and marketing campaigns to help shape, promote and expand the brand's reach
● Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across social media channels for clients
● Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages
● Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
● Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
● Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity and keep an eye on trends within the online space
● Suggest innovative campaigns to engage with audiences through online channels & tools
● Address customer grievances and manage customer relations on social media platforms
● Collaborate with brands and influencers for campaigns to increase reach and augment WOM buzz for clients
Education and Experience Requirements:
● A Bachelors / Specialized course in Business, Marketing, Digital, Journalism, Public Relations or relevant fields
● 0-2 years of experience in Social Media (Freshers Welcome)
● Certifications related to digital marketing and social media through online courses offered by Udemy, Coursera, Google and other relevant platforms are an added bonus
Skills & Attribute Requirements:
● Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms & Digital Marketing Best Practices
● Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint is a plus
● Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize the fundamental concepts throughout various forms of outreach
● Proficient Copywriting skills are a must
● Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box
● Ability to understand the uniqueness of each brand to craft a distinctive strategy that would suit the brand's audience
● BONUS if there is experience and comfort with shooting and editing photo & video content
