Job description

The post holder has responsibility for devising & establishing a company s quality procedure, standards

Responsibilities
• The development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
• To supervise inward qc, process inspection & pre dispatch inspection.
• To take corrective and preventive actions with 8d report for rejections at all stages of manufacturing and field.
• Handle supplier inspections for lot clearance.
• Maintain calibration of equipment's.
• Handling complaints from suppliers and customer analysis.
• Developing and maintaining quality standards, control systems and inspection check sheets @ inhouse and vendors and supplier.
• Quality procedure set up and approval for any new part or suppliers' development.
• Ensuring with regular audits at suppliers to adhere the basic quality methods followed and recorded.
• Training the team & building process to achieve Quality Assurance.

Requirements
• A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
