Black Ink Business Services India Industry: USA Accounting & Financial Services Job Timings: Monday to Friday 11:30am to 9pm IST (no weekends) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Black Ink is a full-service Business Operations firm that provides consulting, accounting, and financial services. Our clients are standouts in technology, design, manufacturing, e-commerce, and music. We help our clients with key operational business functions from bookkeeping, payroll, financial modeling and forecasting, HR, and other various business initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities: 5+ years of accounting and financial experience 3+ years working with QuickBooks 2+ years managing a team Advanced experience in Excel and Google Sheets Excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate with Clients and stakeholders Proven ability to handle confidential information and multi-task with ease Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines Executing industry research and competitive analysis Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in working with US clients Chartered Accountant license Master’s Degree in Accounting, a plus Desired Candidate Profile: Oversee and manage Client accounts, relations, and expectations. Understand client needs and build financial models and analysis. Assist and guide Clients with financial planning, budgeting forecasting, and cash flow management. Support Clients during audit and tax preparations. Take a lead role in building and managing a team, including onboarding, training, and coaching. Lead team members with the monthly close process and finalize monthly financial statements. Oversee various accounting processes and provide guidance and evaluation. Review processes and best practices, with an on-going focus on improvement and iteration.
