Job description
Infosys is seeking an experienced Consultant with expertise in the implementation of demand planning and supply chain modules within the Symphony AI Retail platform. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deploy a tailored solution to optimize their demand planning and supply chain processes.
Requirements: Proven experience (10 years) in implementing demand planning and supply chain modules within the Symphony AI Retail platform or similar retail solutions. In-depth knowledge of demand planning and supply chain management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong techno-functional proficiency in Symphony AI Retail or other similar supply chain management software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams. Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus. Scope of Job: You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will design and may be required to configure the Symphony AI Retail platform to align with the client's requirements and industry best practices. You may lead the implementation and deployment of the demand planning and supply chain module, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You should be able to provide inputs or guide testing and quality assurance teams to validate the accuracy and efficiency of the implemented solution. You should be able to provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the demand planning and supply chain module. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development and internal capability building. You should stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in demand planning, supply chain management, and AI-driven retail solutions. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Job tags
