Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Phone Banking Officerï€
Business Group: Phone Banking, Retail Banking Group (RBG)
Grade: Officer/ Senior Officer
Background: Bank Phone Banking offers a number of facilities, which enable the corporate
customers to do several of their banking activities from the comfort of their premises. The
Phone Banking Officer is responsible for providing good service to customers pertaining to any
of their banking, financial and investment needs.
Purpose of the Job: The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries over the
phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also
requires crossing sell banking products to our existing customers over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ï'· Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
ï'· Providing customers with relevant product and service information
ï'· Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Key skills:
• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
• Open to work in rotational shifts
Competencies:

initiatives even in the face of significant difficulties)
