Job Title - Key Account Manager Experience: - 5 to 6 Years Working Hours: -10-7pm Working days: - 5 days Salary - 4 to 6 lacs per annum Qualification-Any Graduate or Post Graduate Role & Responsibilities inRecruitment Role: As an Amazon Seller Account Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the performance of our products on the Amazon platform. You will work closely with amazon category managers/account managers and internal teams to ensure our presence on Amazon is strategically managed, and sales goals are achieved. This role involves analysing data, implementing marketing strategies, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with both Amazon and internal stakeholders. Account Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise product visibility, rankings, and sales on the Amazon platform. Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts on Amazon to increase product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop Amazon-specific campaigns and promotions. Data Analysis: Utilise data to analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends. Generate insights and recommendations to improve product performance, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Amazon account representatives, resolving issues and leveraging opportunities for collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations on the Amazon platform.
