Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Backend Developer located in Gurugram.
Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the infrastructure of our
loan processing platform.
Developer will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions and will work closely with software engineers data scientists and machine learning engineers to build scalable robust and efficient backend systems.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related
field
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python Node.js
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs microservices and cloudbased architectures
using AWS or Azure
Excellent knowledge of database systems like MySQL MongoDB Redis and experience
in building scalable systems
Experience in designing and implementing caching strategies and handling security and
authentication in a distributed environment
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
Excellent problemsolving skills debugging skills and proficiency with debugging tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative
team environment
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus
Experience with developing scalable and distributed systems in a Cloud environment is a
plus
Experience in the financial services industry or loan servicing systems is a plus
