Job description
We are hiring for our one of the reputed client in Manufacturing & Export of comprehensive assortment products in Vatva - Ahmedabad Location. Job Description:
He will oversee all daily production of to ensuring policies and procedures are followed till the product to be ready for dispatch. He has to develop processes that will maximize Productivity, safety, and quality.
Following are some important / major responsibilities that need to be performed:
• Responsibility for Technical Operation, Production, planning, vendor follow up.
• Analyzing the project plan in detail.
• Responsible for Consistent managing for achievement of Production planning and accountable for ensure optimal utilization of all resources including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Planning raw materials, components and semi finish that are required for production.
• Maintained follow up with Suppliers to ensure proper delivery.
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations, implementation corrective action to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints.
• Follow up with various departments for control to ensure smooth operation at the production lines.
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Responsibilities for production output, production quality and on-time dispatch.
• Allocate Resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup / team members and suppliers.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Review all recommendations for machinery and work closely with engineering skill and concept for implementation of recommendations.
• Oversees the maintenance of machinery, movable assets and security of the production shop floor.
• Having knowledge of ISO, Need to take responsibility of ISO MR and ISO Audit.
• Taking care of all activities related to manufacturing Process Selection, Material and Process flow, System Implementation, Manpower Recruitment.
• Managing Operations Manpower and handle any issues and complaints.
• Strong Communication skills English (Verbal, Written, Etc.)
• Negotiation Skills.
