About the Role:
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Location: Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad
Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)

RPA Platform: RPA Platform Infrastructure Admin
Requirement:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platforms as an administrator
- Administrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is a must
- Responsible for work towards achieving the SLA metrics and aligning with business
- Experience is monitoring the Robots and raising Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality
- Should have experience in troubleshooting, and resolving RPA Environmental issues that arise Should have experience in Managing users and License
- Should have experience in resolving Active Directory, Credential vaults, and Third-party applications related issues
- Should have experience in SQL Db-related troubleshooting in the RPA platform
- Experience in handling Bot failures and performing RCA Knowledge of creating, assigning roles, and account creation for RPA users in the Control room
- Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customers
- Coordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutions
- Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings
- Support for bot enhancements for successful runs
