Job Description We are looking for a talented Visual and Interaction Designer to join our team and help us create compelling digital experiences for our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, with expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. Additionally, they should possess excellent interaction design skills, with the ability to craft seamless and engaging user interactions. As a Visual and Interaction Designer, you will collaborate closely with Design team to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative solutions that delight our users and drive business objectives. Experience Formal training or relevant experience A love for design and an ability to execute amazing design work. Responsibilities By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision. More responsibilities in detail: Collaborate with product designers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs Develop visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that effectively communicate the brand's aesthetic and enhance the overall user experience Create high-fidelity mockups and design comps to visualize and communicate design concepts Craft seamless and engaging user interactions through thoughtful interaction design, animation, and micro-interactions Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual and interaction design elements, maintaining adherence to established design systems and guidelines Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve designs Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual and interaction design, and apply them to enhance our products Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process Advocate for design excellence and user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Requirements and Skill Versatility, Experimentation, System thinking, Energy, Concept-driven design which is superbly crafted Show significant brand identity and digital projects Product executions executed from start to finishing Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Animation Design, or a related fields Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design working. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma. Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Excellent interaction design skills, with the ability to create seamless and engaging user interactions. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
