Position Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience required: 12+ years
Job Description:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities for LV Drives and Automation products .
Analyze market dynamics, competition, and industry best practices to develop informed strategies.
Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads to assess their fit with our products or services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, concerns, and objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and executive teams to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Create and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with clients to secure new business deals.
Ensure all contractual agreements are compliant and meet the organization's standards.
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales progress, including forecasting and sales performance metrics.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build a strong professional network.
Represent the organization and promote our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
Gather feedback from clients and the market to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
Adapt and refine business development strategies based on market insights.
Skills:
Proven track record of success in business development, including meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Field of LV drives
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas, Cement and Various Consultants
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
