Job description

As an Operations Associate Intern within our Expert Insights Network Team at 1Expert, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new experts, serving as their primary point of contact (POC), and streamlining operational tasks related to expert engagement and management

You will be entrusted with managing and optimizing the workflow of expert-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between experts and our organization

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new experts, guiding them through the necessary procedures and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.

Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the main liaison between 1Expert and our network of experts, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Workflow Optimization: Streamline and channelize operational workflows related to expert engagement and management, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborative Coordination: Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of expert-led projects and initiatives.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases pertaining to expert profiles, interactions, and engagements, always ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of expert interactions and engagements, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Performance Analysis: Conduct periodic performance analysis and reporting on key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to expert engagement and operations management, continuously enhancing your skill set and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in operations management, customer service, or project coordination is a plus.

Familiarity with the concepts of expert engagement, networking, or consulting would be advantageous.

Ability to commit to a full-time internship position.
