Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support to join our team at Huemn. As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and resolving their technical issues. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience. The employment type for this role is full-time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with our studio management tech tool
• Guide customers in navigating the features and functionalities of our platform
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Document and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our knowledge base and support resources
• Must know kannada language
