Software Operations Job Location -

Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and configure Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Dealer Management System (DMS) software according to business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop specifications, and design solutions that meet the needs of our sales and dealership operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to SFA and DMS functionality. Conduct training sessions for sales representatives and dealership staff to ensure proper utilization of SFA and DMS tools. Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and usability. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures for SFA and DMS processes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SFA and DMS technology, recommending updates and enhancements as needed. Work closely with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to integrate SFA and DMS systems with other software applications and databases. Assist with data migration and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for leveraging SFA and DMS capabilities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Skillset & Qualifications Required: Good Communication and stakeholder management skills. Graduation is must. Hands on Experience on SFA or DMS
