Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling Support
Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS), Hiring Managers or their Executive Assistants, and other interviewers to coordinate interview slots and confirm with candidates
Update workflow on the recruitment application tracking system
STARS Administrative Support
Supports TAS in creating and managing candidate information in STARS at all stages of the process
Supports TAS in creating job postings/requisitions
TA Assessment Facilitation
Supports in enrolling candidates for TA-related assessment and also preparing or sharing the results with recruiters.
Background Checks Facilitation
Initiates and monitors this process for candidates undergoing this check
Share the results with the recruiters and highlight concerns or findings.
Reports
Supports TAS with their ad hoc STARS data or reporting requests.
The successful applicant must have in-depth recruitment experience and some experience in managing administrative tasks
Recruiting experience preferably gained in a similar industry/competitor company
Must have experience and knowledge in working with application tracking systems
Must have experience and knowledge in effectively screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Experience in executing administrative tasks
Total Years of Experience in a related field should be 0-2 years
Minimum Bachelor's degree required
This will be a 12-month contractual role
Maturity, good presentation, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
The ability to prioritize and work in an ambiguous environment
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all recruiting matters
