Job description
A finance professional with following skill sets:
i) Excellent technical skills and knowledge on statutory reporting and compliances, Monthly book closing and other financial controllership activities like analysis of financial reports, cash flows, finance dashboards etc
ii) Preparation/Finalization of Statutory Books of Accounts, Financial Statements, Tax Schedules, Monthly and Annual Financial Reports, ensuring compliance of Accounting Standards.
iii) Preparing / Review of all statutory Return wrt Direct/Indirect taxation like TDS, GST, Sales-Tax and Services Tax Returns.
iv) Liasioning / co-ordination with multiple auditors like Statutory auditor, IFC auditors, Internal auditors etc to ensure timely completion of audits within the prescribed timelines.
v) Liasoning with various business support teams like legal, HR, FP&A, FA, AP, AR, Procurement etc and providing necessary support to all teams for necessary work.
vi) Knowledge of working on few ERPs like Oracle , SAP etc
vii) Excellent communication skills and reporting on periodic basis to the finance controller of the company.
