What You'll Do

This role makes key contribution to our online direct sales program, dealing directly with customers and managing unique transactions. This role will enable seamless consumer journey related to receiving and processing orders, tracking payments & shipments and supporting finance reconciliations. The role holder will also continue to support dealers and internal team related systems.

  • Target achievement for defined area of responsibility.
  • Close co-ordination with Defined dealers on daily basis
  • Customer confirmations / Payment follow up on daily basis in co-ordination with Dealers
  • Monthly / Quarterly Allocation sharing with Dealers
  • Weekly/ Monthly forecast for Customer Orders / Customer Deliveries
  • Planning & Implementation of Customer based activities ( BTL / Digital planning / Social Platforms etc)
  • Process adherence by dealers in system – in line with OLDS
  • Connecting / advising Customer Relation Centre (CRC) w.r.t. customer queries
  • Daily /monthly /annual Sales comparison
  • Planning, coordinating and executing all MIS related activities and Sales Planning support
  • Updating Wholesale/ Retail deliveries in system and provide system support to dealers.
  • Support Online Direct Sales for seamless customer journey (order management, tracking payments & shipments etc.)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Team Size: Individual Contributor. Will work closely with cross-functional team members.

Key stakeholders (Internal): Sales, Service, Finance, Call Center (CRC)

Key stakeholders (External): Dealers, Customers

Do you fit the profile

Education & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales coordination, preferably D2C.
  • Automotive experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command on excel and MIS.

  • Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with perseverance to see an activity through to completion
  • Ability to think out of the box solutions
  • Strong attention to detail to be able to deliver quality work
