Roles & Responsibilities The main tasks of the proposal engineer will be as follow: ·
Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals for biogas/CBG(compressed biogas projects) · Review in detail customer requests and tender documents and preform basic engineering design required to define the scope of the proposal · Create Bill of material and Quotation of relevant solutions by communicating with vendors/subcontractors. · Preparing technical and commercial proposal and project costing sheet · Communicate, negotiate and collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and fabricators to finalize their technical and commercial offers · Support in customer meetings, site surveys and other activities required to complete technical and commercial proposals · The Proposal Engineer will cooperate with the EPC partner to create a proposal · The Proposal Engineer will assist and work closely with management team · Participate in hand over meetings with Project Execution team Requirements · Minimum 2 years of experience in proposals and estimations · Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related discipline (e.g. Mechanical engineering, Chemical, Controls/process engineering) · Excellent writing and communication skills in English is a must · Highly organized and strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task · Strong interpersonal skills · Excellent time management skills, and ability to deliver the outcome before deadline · Willing to travel · Ability to work in multicultural environmentJob tags
