Property Investment Manager/ Business Development manager (London Property)- Mumbai

Mumbai Location: One Lodha Place (Lower Parel)

Salary : Upto 18 LPA . No bar for the right candidate.

Exp : 12+ yrs.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage and build relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) in India for international property investments in London  Leverage their existing network/database of UHNIs to generate new business leads and opportunities for the organisation  Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals with UHNIs, achieving and exceeding sales targets.  Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients + channel partners, driving business growth and expanding our client base in Mumbai and India. Including - Initiate telephone and email inquiries to meet potential sales leads  Manage interests from leads and network and promptly respond to queries via meetings, phone and email, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services and properties.  Coordinate with developers in London, and arrange property viewings when clients visit London  Coordinate and arrange office and business events, arrange travel to event locations or other cities as required.  Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Coach and mentor team members, ensuring their professional development and success in achieving sales targets.  Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and social media strategies, ensuring integrated approach to drive business growth.  Performance Analysis - Track key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, engagement levels, and return on investment (ROI) from marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:  Minimum of 12+ years or more of experience of working with UHNIs / HNIs / Family offices, in business development, sales, wealth management, priority banking sector etc  Should have a wide network of HNI contacts in India, built through previous roles or personal connections.  Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing relationships with their own HNI clients in India + generating new business leads.  Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English  Should possess a valid passport to facilitate international travel, flexibility to travel to London as required for client site visits, both short-term visits and extended stays to be able to accompany clients during physical site visits to London properties

Will be preferred if:  Preferably with experience in International Real Estate selling London / Dubai properties  Knowledge of the LRS Remittance regulations from India and Indian Income Tax Laws is preferred.  While not mandatory, having some familiarity with London and its neighbourhoods would be advantageous.

Educational qualification: Masters or Post-Graduate Degree (or higher) from recognised university (Medium - English only)

Type: Work from Office – Full Time Public holidays as per India Calendar Timings: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM Required: Immediately Probation: 2 months from Joining Date
