Coordination with End User & Engineers (Development & QA team) to resolve tickets
Logging tickets on ticket tools & managing it till closure
Creating User ID s & assigning permissions on Active Directory
Excellent English Communication
Remote troubleshooting of Applications / software s related issues if possible
Identifying the severity of issues
Preaparing MIS reports
Analysing Tickets & resolve as per severity of ticket
