Job Responsibilities
Bank Account Management
- Manage the process of on-boarding, updating and closing of APAC bank accounts and any KYC refreshes.
- Reach out to various banks and discuss/review required documents
- Act as the primary contact for APAC banks, maintain relationships and respond to queries from a bank account management perspective.
- Collect all necessary information from APAC banks required for on-boarding or KYC refreshes.
- Liaise internally for necessary documents within teams.
- Keep track of status and work toward on-boarding, closing and KYC datelines.
- Provide timely update where necessary
- Keep internal database up to date with new/closed bank accounts and signatories' changes. Update these details on Static database, e.g. Wallstreet Suite, Newton, iLevels, Tracker file etc.
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Process
- Safekeep monthly bank statements for non-connected bank accounts in entities' folders.
- Manage adhoc bank statements requests for AFIMD purposes.
- Update iLevels template on bank account changes (opening/closing) on quarterly basis
Administration & General
- Manage the operational relationship with Banking Partners
- Ensure data integrity is maintained to the highest standard in line with governance protocol
- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned.
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- University degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant discipline with 2 to 4 years in a Corporate Treasury/Cash Management function at a multinational corporation. Ideally, experience in account opening and KYC process with APAC banks.
- Experience in using Treasury Management System – Wallstreet Suite will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English, any other language may be an advantage.

- Direct real estate investments, hedge fund or private equity industry experience a plus
