Relationship Manager - Real Estate at Bengaluru
Department: Real Estate Sales Experience: 1 to 6 Years Annual CTC: Rs. 2,50,000 to Rs. 8,40,000 Number of Position(s): 10+ Job Location: Bengaluru Mandatory Skills: - Sales - B2C Sales - Real Estate - Customer Interaction - Communication Skills Job Description: We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals wanting to make a mark in residential real estate sector. The person would act as a catalyst between sellers and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in residential real estate. Responsibilities: - Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities. - Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects. - Plan approaches and pitches - Build relationships with new clients. - In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties. - Achieving written down sales targets by the organization. - Participate in the negotiation meeting with buyer. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3. Persuasive with marketing and sales skills 4. Customer service orientation 5. High levels of passion and ownership Required Qualification:Graduate or MBA
