Chief Marketing Officer-Digital Marketing Director ( Remote)

Qualification - Graduate (IIM University) Mandatory

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization's digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand recognition, revenue growth and customer acquisition for our healthcare BPO services including Claims Processing, Digital Mailroom, Call Center services and Revenue Cycle Management services. This position can be remote with frequent travel to Pune. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for the healthcare BPO business. • A chief marketing officer (CMO) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals. • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice” • Should Have Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods • Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives to create valuable, educational content that attracts and engages our target audience. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use this information to refine and optimize marketing strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations as well as with executive management to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and strategies. • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track progress, and report on results. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies as appropriate. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Hands on capability and ability to operate as individual contributor is required. • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of the BPO market. Understanding of the US healthcare market is preferred as well. • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions. • Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
