Your Role ● Conduct investigations into FTE/FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process. ● Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER/IR perspective ● Grievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEs ● Workplace Incidents and Accidents ● ER Trainings (COC, POSH etc) ● Improving staff welfare ● Conflict resolution and management ● Manage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHs ● Disciplinary Actions What are we looking for? ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. ● Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field. ● Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and employment practices. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders. ● Highlevel of discretion and confidentiality.
