Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Lead Generation Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and generating leads to support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and lead activities using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to better serve customers and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi , both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer service and lead generation roles, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
