WHO YOU ARE
Mondee has a current opening for a Product Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of our travel-based platform – Abhi through effective marketing, product, and campaigning strategies.
LOCATION: This position will be based in India, preferably Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for end user acquisition for travel app from acquisition, retention and growth of consumers - based digital marketing including social media marketing, growth hack to drive Mondee products from increasing downloads to adoption to usage and transaction.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to acquire new customers utilizing a variety of channels including (but not limited to) paid search, organic search, social media, affiliate partnerships, email, and database marketing.
- Manage and coordinate product launches, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact in the market.
- Define and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our products in the marketplace.
- Target, acquire, retain and grow users on Mondee's travel app with creative and innovative out of box ideas to excite and achieve quarterly goals on key marketing and go-to-market metrics.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Manage multiple marketing budgets to deliver sustainable growth at efficient customer acquisition cost at scale.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve overall online customer experience.
- Continuously expand the digital marketing approach through launching new digital lead-gen tactics.
- Leverage customer feedback and satisfaction scores to maximize product reach and marketing efforts.
- Provide thought leadership within and keen awareness of the digital marketing space, with established network of external partners to inspire out-of-box thinking.
- Thrive working with cross-functional teams. Effective change agent that can get the job done and push mission forward while managing multiple stakeholder interests and expectations along the way.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Preferred experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing
- Preferred domain experience working in travel / hospitality industry
- 7+ years of experience in the Product Marketing space.
- Experience working for a travel or technology company is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot within scope of role.
- Flexibility to work overlap hours with US team.
