Job description
- Handling all the social media handles.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Monitoring the client s/company s brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of the accounts.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
Social Media Specialist Requirement:
- Social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
- 1-3 years of social media management experience.
- Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred.
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot- Desired
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
