Job Description:-
- Record keeping and Data entry for: Inventory, Sales, Petty cash, Expenses, Attendance.
- Keeping the Display area neat and tidy.
- Placing orders of housekeeping and branding material .
- Generating Invoices (bills).
- Managing overall administrative activities for the office.
- Assist finance department with reimbursements, billings, and transactions.
- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff.
- Maintain bills of MSEBs, Telephones etc.
