  JOB BRIEF :

As an HR intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our tasks, coordinating teams

day-to-day hiring, including administrative interviews, maintaining employee records, and

preparing reports.

We believe that these responsibilities will help you to develop your organizational and

communication skills while providing you with a comprehensive understanding of HR

recruitment.

We want to ensure that you have a fulfilling and rewarding experience. During your time

with us, our team will work with you with opportunities to enhance your skills and

knowledge. We encourage you to ask questions, seek feedback, and be proactive in your

learning.

  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Sourcing for candidates

2. Researching and providing strategic methods for the improvement of the working module

3. Job and feed posting on general career websites and other relevant portals

4. Develop relationships with universities and colleges for the arrangement of intern programs

5. Working proactively with other team members

6. Carrying the flow process of recruitment

7. Assist with other HR related tasks as needed

8.Provide at least 2 hours each day (6 days a week) for the tasks given

  REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

1. You must be a student, or fresher or have experience less than one year, in any undergraduate program.

2. You must have basic English conversational proficiency

3. You shall have the willingness to work and be adaptive to learn an implement skills and thoughts

4. You must follow the organizational pattern and be attentive overall
