Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jaipur with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Manager at Antara Decor, you will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching products/services, and maintaining relationships with customers. You will also research market trends and develop strategies to increase sales while managing sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Experience in the luxury home decor industry is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce sales is a plus
