Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospitality services enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking creativity and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends consumer insights and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and create effective marketing plans.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand guidelines ensuring adherence in all marketing materials and communications.
- Manage and lead the marketing team providing guidance support and mentoring to foster a highperforming and collaborative environment.
- Set clear goals and KPIs conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs to drive individual and team growth.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition retention and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze results and make datadriven adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM social media email marketing content marketing and online advertising.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the organizations digital presence remains cuttingedge.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior preferences and industry trends. Utilize datadriven insights to make informed marketing decisions and refine marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as sales product development and creative services to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a unified brand message.
- Oversee public relations efforts and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers. Act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
- Define and monitor key marketing performance metrics providing regular reports and updates to the executive team.
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in marketing business or any other relevant field
- 510 years experience in marketing in similar role is preferred
- Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
- Creative thinking and problemsolving ability
- Leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and customer behavior.
