Business Finance Manager
Experience : 10 + Years
Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities :
Mandatory Skills/Experience
· Out of total experience, minimum 3 Years' experience should be in IT Service Industry
· Exposure to Indian Compliance/Regulatory Environment. Exposure to GST/ TDS / ROC Compliances
· Exposure to Monthly Management Reporting
· Exposure to get the Accounts Audited
· Very Good Communication- This skill is required to interact with Operational Team, CEO and CFO
Desirable Skills
. Commerce Graduate/CA Inter with minimum 10 Years experience with 3 Years as Finance Manager , or CA with 5 Years' Experience as Manager Finance
· Exposure to US Environment – Should know W-2. 1099 Contracts etc,
o Payroll Compliances
· Exposure to Quick Books- Ideally it should be a mandatory requirement but if candidate is good on other count and had worked on other software, we can still do away with this requirement.
· Experience of Running the Payroll.
