About the Company: Started in the year 2002 as a modest manufacturer of Powders, Goodrich group has grown into a leading manufacturer of a diverse range of food products. With 3 state of art production facilities in Karnal and Ahmednagar, the products include Bakery Ingredients, Chocolate, Yeast, Dairy products, Non-Dairy Creamers, Mayonnaise, Sauces along-with wide range of products. The group is looking for dynamic professionals and leaders for its new venture. This venture will be focused on catering to the premium customers with the premium offering in Food Service Vertical across the country. The Role Require: - A thorough professional with an extensive & versatile experience of 8-12 years in the vertical of Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, New Market Developments in HORECA, with well-known organisations in Food Service Industries. - A proactive planner with abilities in devising effective strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting products for business excellence. You Skills Set should include; 1) Good expertise in developing dealer network infrastructures and effective Channel Management. 2) An excellent track record in sales across Food Service (HoReCa). 3) An enterprising leadership with strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities. 4) An expertise of building distribution network for new product and launching it. Market Knowledge – Must have previous experience working in with knowledge of major distribution partners and competition of Goa Market. Product Expertise : Must have profound knowledge and expertise in Food Services (HoReCa / Alternate Channel) Past Experience : Candidate would be preferred having experience in Food Service with Companies like Rich, Cremica, Viba, VKL Food Solution, Dairy companies like Govardhan etc. Job Title: BDM / ASM (Food Service) HQ Goa Qualification : Graduate (MBA will have added advantage) CTC: As per industry standard .
