Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition within a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support various aspects of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and other resources to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in interview panels to assess candidate suitability.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
