Job Description:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
Negotiate vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Provide assistance to visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
Process travel expenses and reimbursements.
Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Arrange meeting rooms and necessary equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.
