Job description
PLC programming experience LAD language
PLC programming experience STL/SCL/FBD language
HMI development
Recipe in HMI
Servo Motor, VFD & Drive knowledge
Safety PLC logic development
Experience in configuring IO modules & PLC as per defined nodes in Wiring Diagram
Understanding of structure & UDT in PLC
Hands on experience in Siemens TIA portal software
Experience in third party devices integration like Robot, Barcode Scanner, RFID reader, Printer etc.
Understanding of mechanical system & its functioning specially in Logistics industry
Knowledge of different type of sensors used in Automation Industry
Knowledge of industrial communication protocol (Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus, Ethernet TCP/IP, RS485 etc.)
Prepare PLC operation sequence (Flow chart) ,HMI navigation diagram, ICD (Interface signal document with third party devices) & other software documentation
Ability to read & understand the Electrical drawings, flow chart, layouts etc Intermediate
Experience in minimum 2 of below industry fields :
1.ASRS/Warehouse Automation, AGV, RGV
2. Conveyor/assembly line
3. Gantry & material handling
4. Robotic Application
Visit Site for project installation purpose
Handling a small team of 2-3 members
