Job description
What you will be doing:
To manage a frontline Partner team of food service associates. Perform a variety of tasks associated with food production planning and engineering, front house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Perform general responsibilities which support the efficient organization of the contract in line with contractual terms and conditions along with enhancing customer experience.
Duties & responsibilities:
The Chef Manager will own the cafeteria of SmartQ and create innovative experiences around it and will be responsible for the P&L of the site.
Promoting good work culture and ensuring quality service on time.
Ensure the SmartQ framework is maintained.
Achieve target Sales and increase in adoption.
Is passionate about delivering a quality service to our clients and employees.
Can work as a team and willing to act on their own initiative.
Act with honesty and integrity maintaining the family culture.
Good communication skills to be able to liaise with a wide range of people in your work area and various stakeholders.
Follow all rules and service deliverable, hygiene, health, and safety.
Team player and can-do attitude.
Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative and actions responsibly.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Skills and qualifications required:
2-3yrs experience in managing Restaurants or as a chef
F&B operation who has worked in a branded QSR/ FINE / Corp Cafeteria’s.
Deep understanding of menu engineering, analyzing food quality, customer interaction/ satisfaction.
Should be open to take up new initiatives & challenges to meet business expectations.
Great understanding of food
IHM background will be good
Guest Relations & Continuous Feedback management
Should be entrepreneurial by nature
Worked with fine dine restaurants & has good knowledge
