As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted strategies to attract top talent. Performance Mapping: Implement performance management systems to align individual goals with organizational objectives. Guide managers on setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement. Training and Development: Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Identify training needs based on performance assessments and industry trends, ensuring continuous learning and development opportunities for all employees. Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and overall job satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, including salary calculations, salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits packages. Ensure competitive compensation practices that align with industry standards and support employee retention efforts. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Uphold company policies and legal requirements while promoting fairness and equity in all interactions. Churn Rate Management: Analyze turnover metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce churn rate, including targeted retention programs, exit interviews, and feedback mechanisms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
