Job description

Minimum Qualification: Full-time graduate/postgraduate, min 15 years of education (10+2+3)
Experience range: 2-4years in Order management domain and have handled processing Orders received from different mediums
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, and business systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong administration and organization skills
Should have worked in the BPM industry handling international clients
Experience in understanding contracts/agreements for processing an order in the system
Have a good understanding of Order flow, managing holds, invoicing, handling any disputes etc.
Experience in working in any of the ERPs/ CRM tools will be an added advantage (like SAP, SNOW, Oracle, Cosmic etc.)
Should have handled Customer complaints / Queries received over different mediums
Should have good knowledge of working in Ms Office applications
Should be flexible to work in any shifts and 'Work from Office' mode
Certificate in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
Experience from 'Software licensing, Customer Support, and Invoicing' will be an added advantage
Good communication skills with experience in handling both internal and external stakeholders
Voice/Non-Voice: Non-Voice talents who can speak fluent English
