Job Description :
- SQL experience building alerts / monitoring for Pega or other applications. Does not need to be Pega, functional experience in creating alerts is more important.
- Relatively junior roles (3-6yrs exp) in technical and production support, or operations.
- Any experience with Pega Alerts and Diagnostic Centre is a plus, but it should be easy to pick up so any experience in Data Operations with monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with Troubleshooting, analysis and resolution of customers environment, platform and application issues. Involved in handling service requests, change requests, incidents, problem management and events and notifications – and building alert automation solutions to improve preventative and rapid resolution.
