Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. Team Lead will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales operations, and providing guidance and coaching to the sales team. The Team lead will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real estate sales
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
