Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the logic flow of programming through reading application logs.
- Deep understanding of Database concepts, SQL Queries and Database performance.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Control-M schedular.
- Knowledge on ITIL/Production support processes must.
- Working exposure to Production Support, Development Changes and Release Management.
- Document process and monitoring application performance metrics.
- Planned/unplanned events – support BCP(Business Continuity Planning), Migration, Holiday handling process.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Minimum 3+ Years of production hands on experience in Unix, Shell scripting, QlikView, Windows and good SQL knowledge.
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM process
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
- Hands on Experience for application log analysis and provide support to customers and determining the root cause of application errors and providing solution.
