Role: Senior Business Analyst AND / OR Tech Lead (US Healthcare)
Exp: 5 - 12 yrs
Salary: 10 - 25 LPA + Perks Night shift allowance Rs. 650/- per day
NP: Immediate - 20 days
Location: Pune (HYBRID) Candidate should be willing to work for US shift (8-5 EST)

Job Description
Experience in Cerner or Allscripts should be there in all the below JD's.
Preferred profiles with Healthcare Application Support for Tech Lead Only
Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow, provision/user access tools ie. OOARS, NARS.
Knowledge of HL7, creating build, monitoring interfaces, product configurations, and provisioning.
SQL, SSIS scripting is required for multiple applications, such as MD Staff and Paragon v17 (lab,rad, Rev Cycle (R1), etc.)
Use SSMS tools (SQL, Registration scanning (ILE - Image ) into One Content, Monthly Drug (FDB) interaction updates, AC UPDATES, ABN checker, Annual 3M update, CPT file.
Experience with admin support in applications such as Dragon, Paragon EHR v15, MD Staff, Sick Bay, OTTR, Dentrix, UDS Pro
Design and develop complex, Ad-hoc reports and identifying custom reports for customer request.
Experience with Citrix, server maintenance, SQL DB, and supporting application updates.
Excellent communication and consulting skills and ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
Having knowledge to support Dragon and troubleshoot software applications integration with core EHR's such as Allscripts Sunrise, Touchworks, Athena, Cerner, EPIC, etc….
Experience in configuring the application in scope and solve production/upgrade/change issues.
Facilitate and assist with multiple teams during technical and major incident bridge calls to identify, troubleshoot issues and seek toward resolutions.
Obtain information from customers and conduct meetings with vendors to facilitate patches, fixes, and application update request.
Experience with reviewing, editing, SQL and SSIS packaging and reporting with SQL Server 2012 R2 and Microsoft Technologies.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting, SSIS packaging, Crystal Reports, and other reporting software.
Additional experience can include programming to create and support user interfaces and various other sub applications to support the main Specialty application.
Candidate must have and understand basics of computer logic, computer architecture and organization as well as the basics of operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Paragon v15 and v22 , specific to the following applications: Paragon Accounts Payable, Paragon Acute Care, Paragon Automated Daily Systems, Paragon Clinical Assessments, CPOE, Paragon Emergency Dept, Paragon General Ledger, Paragon Lab Management, Paragon Lab, Paragon Medical Records, Paragon Med Reconciliation, Paragon OR Management, Order Management, Paragon Patient Management, Clinical Care Station, Clinician Hub, Clin Docs/Physician Documentation, Paragon Radiology, Paragon Registration, Paragon Resource Scheduling
Knowledge and experience in configuring and creating new reports for MD Staff Credentialing application.
Knowledge MD Staff builds for new provider builds for on boarding and financial reports.
Having the ability to independently conduct meetings and work sessions with customers, vendors, etc.
Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot issues/problems with Dragon.
Provide one and one support with physicians using Dragon Medical One voice recognition software.
Be able to work with physical or virtual servers, databases, and update certificates.
5+ years of healthcare IT/application analyst support; 5+years of healthcare experience
