Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation

• Overall 3+ years of experience in FMCG Sales

Key responsibility:

The key responsibilities for this role would include:

Leading, supervising and controlling his team of DSRs for the implementation of the growth

agenda in the area through the opportunities addressed by:

 Key Geography

 Key Channel partners

 Sales Infrastructure & processes

Planning & Organizing

 Executing the Agenda (Focus Areas & Enablers, Annual Plan)

 Setting objectives (Targets at monthly level)

 Field Review Meetings

 Driving process parameters

 Executing trade programs and trade inputs (schemes etc.)

Leadership & Team management

 Coaching the salesmen

 Performance Management, Learning &a Development of the team

 Relationship Building

Review and Analytics

 Analysing Area Performance

 Touring by objectives

 Review of Focus Areas

 Responding to competitive environment

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Channel Partner Management

• Coaching skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
